Anxiety is a feeling of uneasiness or stress and should not be taken lightly.
Here are the things I do when I’m anxious
-WRITING ; I write when I’m anxious to release every burden that weighs me down.This has helped me a lot and will help every other person.Especially anyone who is excessively secretive.
-TALKING WITH A FRIEND;this is popular enough.I rightly mentioned a friend not an acquaintance.This aspect is so heartwarming.Have you noticed that there are friends you speak with or confide in and everything seems so peaceful right away ? I’ve felt that.It doesn’t matter how large your circle is.Just get a worthy friend who can pick you when you fall.
DANCE/EXERCISE;Free that mind,relax those nerves.This is necessary if you want to maintain your mental health.
